Exploring cultural treasures online without leaving home has become a new way for the public to appreciate history. The year 2026 marks the 30th anniversary of the discovery of the Zoumalou Wu Kingdom bamboo slips from the Three Kingdoms period. As part of a series of commemorative events launched by Changsha Evening News, a major highlight was unveiled on July 10—the Digital Bamboo Slips Exhibition Hall officially went online, alongside the launch of a global adoption program for digital collections, offering history and culture enthusiasts around the world a cultural gift spanning thousands of years.

https://youtube.com/shorts/-fteWwIeVYs?is=NawE8eX4W-Ww43ol

In 1996, more than 100,000 bamboo and wooden slips from the Kingdom of Wu during the Three Kingdoms period were unearthed from an ancient well at Zoumalou in Changsha, filling a gap in historical records on local society during the Three Kingdoms period. On November 8, 2007, the Changsha Jiandu Museum officially opened to the public. To meet the needs of history and culture enthusiasts at home and abroad to explore bamboo slips up close, Changsha Evening News has developed and launched the Digital Bamboo Slips Exhibition Hall. Powered by digital technologies, the exhibition hall breaks the limitations of traditional physical exhibitions and creates an online museum space that remains open 24/7. It provides global audiences with a new, barrier-free way to appreciate and explore bamboo slips dating back thousands of years.

Integrating cutting-edge digital technologies such as XR and AI, the exhibition hall brings together multiple sections, including the digital exhibition hall, digital collections, panoramic virtual tours, historical neighborhood tours of ancient Changsha, and interactive bamboo slips games. Through an innovative "culture + technology" approach, it explores new pathways for the global communication of museum culture, allowing Three Kingdoms-era bamboo slips that have remained hidden for millennia to transcend geographical and physical exhibition constraints and open a window for people around the world to better understand Chinese history and culture.

Digital collections are a highlight of the online exhibition hall. Visitors can zoom in and out with simple gestures to examine the complete forms and details of bamboo slips in high definition. Through the integrated panoramic tour function, they can enjoy an immersive virtual visit to all exhibition halls of the Changsha Jiandu Museum, while also exploring landmark sites such as Tianxin Pavilion, the ancient city wall, and Baisha Ancient Well. With just one click, visitors can embark on a journey through the historical and cultural neighborhoods themed around bamboo slips. The smart guide system breaks down language barriers by providing multilingual interpretation services in Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and French for visitors worldwide. Visitors can also take part in engaging interactive experiences, such as assembling bamboo slips and other activities.

Alongside the launch of the Digital Bamboo Slips Exhibition Hall, the Global Digital Bamboo Slips Collection Adoption Program was officially unveiled. By logging into the online exhibition hall, visitors at home and abroad can browse digital collections and create their own personalized digital collections with a single click. They can also share them instantly on major global social media platforms, providing a new model for the international digital dissemination of Changsha's museum culture.

A representative of the Changsha Jiandu Museum said that, after three decades of cultural accumulation and research, the bamboo slips unearthed from the Zoumalou Site are now embracing new possibilities through digital dissemination, opening up a broader path for the innovative utilization of cultural heritage. Through this initiative, the Three Kingdoms-era bamboo slips preserved in Changsha will reach Chinese culture enthusiasts around the world, using digital museum platforms to tell compelling stories of China that are authentic, engaging and inspiring.

Hashtag: #ChangshaJianduMuseum

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

Lever Style Reports 2026 Interim Financial Results

PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS (H1 2026)

Revenue increased to US$113.2 million (up 23.8% YoY), driven by the 2 January 2026 acquisition of the Active Apparel Group Pty Ltd and Active Apparel Group (America) LLC ("AAG") business which is now successfully integrated into the Group's platform

Net profit grew to US$ 5.4 million representing a 1.8% increase YoY, after absorbing one-off integration costs arising from the AAG acquisition

STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Deployed proprietary Product Lifecycle Management ("PLM") system and in-house AI engine, advancing our transformation into a tech-enabled apparel platform and driving greater operating leverage

SHAREHOLDER RETURNS

Interim dividend maintained at HK3.0 cents per share, reflecting confidence in cash generation

HONG KONG SAR - Media OutReach Newswire - 13 July 2026 - Lever Style Corporation (HKEX: 1346, "Lever Style"), the world's premier apparel production platform, today reported financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

For the first half of 2026, Lever Style recorded a return to top-line growth. Following a defensive strategy in 2025 aimed at managing credit risk, the Group recorded total revenue of US$113.2 million, representing a 23.8% increase compared to the same period last year. "This revenue expansion was driven by the 2 January 2026 acquisition of the AAG business, which has now been integrated into our operating platform, providing a broader foundation for our growth trajectory." said William Tan, CEO of Lever Style.

Navigating Integration for Long-Term Value

"While revenue expanded substantially, net profit for the period grew to US$5.4 million, representing a by 1.8% increase, compared to the first half of 2025. This short-term pressure on our bottom line reflects one-off, upfront integration costs. These primarily included temporary staff duplication costs as we merged workflows, systems, and personnel. We regard these transitional costs as necessary investments to secure the structural, long-term profitability of the acquired business." Mr. Tan added.

With the integration phase now largely completed, the group's cost structure is better optimized, and the group will enjoy the operating leverage that enhanced scale provides.

Strategic Technology & In-House AI Solutions

The group's platform-based strategy continues to progress, converting its operational capabilities from a traditional apparel supplier into a tech-enabled enterprise. During the period under review, Lever Style successfully developed and deployed its own PLM system, among other solutions. These internal enterprise systems are designed to enhance workflow transparency, accelerate speed-to-market, and reduce waste across the group's asset-light supply chain.

Capitalizing on its expanding internal R&D capabilities, the group has also customized AI solutions to fit its specific business model. Rather than relying on generic off-the-shelf software, these proprietary tools support day-to-day merchandiser productivity and factory coordination, reinforcing Lever Style's long-term competitive advantage.

Market Outlook: Premium Resilience in a K-Shaped Economy

"The US market—our primary market—has proven surprisingly resilient through the first half of 2026. However, underneath the headline figures lies a visible 'K-shaped' economic split: a highly promotional and pressured middle market where retail liquidity remains tight and consumers are value-sensitive, and a premium/affluent tier of high-income consumers whose discretionary spending remains relatively stable, sustaining steady demand for premium products and services." Stanley Szeto, Executive Chairman of Lever Style, commented.

Lever Style remains largely insulated from mass-market volatility due to its focus on upscale designers and premium fashion brands. Because the group's brand portfolio aligns with this more resilient premium sector of the market, it remains well-positioned to navigate current economic conditions.

Future Prospects & Financial Synergies

Looking toward the second half of 2026 and into 2027, the group's strategic roadmap focuses on three primary operational and financial levers:

AAG Bottom-Line Contribution: With major integration headwinds resolved, the AAG activewear business is expected to start contributing to the bottom line in H2 2026, with net profit margins of this business targeted to improve steadily, with the aim of approaching the margin profile of Lever Style's legacy business in 2027.

Targeting Operating Leverage: As expanded volume is funneled through the group's upgraded digital platform, Lever Style is targeting synergies from operating leverage across its vendor network, allowing fixed overheads to be managed more efficiently.

Pursuing M&A Opportunities: By integrating the AAG business, Lever Style has demonstrated the scalability of its own platform. Consequently, the group remains active in evaluating a pipeline of further value-accretive acquisitions to expand its product capabilities and geographical production footprint.

"The Group has completed the primary phases of integration, upgraded its technology base, and remains aligned with the more resilient segments of consumer demand. The Board remains confident in our underlying business model and our ability to deliver long-term value to shareholders." Mr. Szeto concluded.

For more details, please visit: https://www1.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/2026/0713/2026071300602.pdf

Hashtag: #LeverStyle

https://www.leverstyle.com/en/home/
https://www.linkedin.com/company/lever-style-inc./
https://www.facebook.com/leverstyleofficial
https://www.instagram.com/leverstyle/
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2xFoI4FpTh5SOU6O63nNUQ
The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

Lever Style Corporation

Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Lever Style (HKEX 1346) is the world's premier apparel production platform for premium contemporary and designer brands such as Alexander Wang, Theory, Todd Snyder, and Aimé Leon Dore; active and performance brands such as Arc'teryx, Columbia Sportswear, Helly Hansen, Spanx, Skims, and J.Lindeberg; and digitally native brands and platforms such as Mizzen+ Main and Bonobos.

Our supply chain solutions encompass fashion design, prototype development, raw material procurement, production, quality control, and logistics. What started as a software licensing relationship has gradually developed into a comprehensive and multi-layered partnership embracing research and talent development. Last year, this partnership reached a new milestone with the establishment of the Dassault Systèmes–PolyU Center of Excellence, the first of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region. Combining PolyU expertise in AI, robotics and materials innovation with Dassault Systèmes leadership in virtual twin technologies, the Center has laid a solid foundation for the company's expansion in Hong Kong and has become an important platform for driving innovation in 'AI + materials' and 'AI + virtual twin'.

The PolyU-Dassault Systèmes partnership also demonstrates the University's proactive role in helping attract internationally renowned enterprises and talent to Hong Kong. Through the support of the HKSAR Government's Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES), and with PolyU's recommendation and support, Dassault Systèmes was selected as one of OASES' sixth batch of 22 strategic enterprises, officially establishing its presence in Hong Kong and expanding its local operations. PolyU will continue to support Dassault Systèmes development in Hong Kong by strengthening links between the "AI + manufacturing" innovation ecosystems of Hong Kong and France, while also leveraging its strong network of translational research institutes and centres in the Chinese Mainland to facilitate the company's further expansion there.

During its visit to Dassault Systèmes, the PolyU delegation toured "The Playground", an immersive experience space showcasing innovative technologies and live demonstrations powered by the company's 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The delegation also visited the company's 3DEXPERIENCE Lab to learn more about the innovative products and solutions developed by startups nurtured by Dassault Systèmes. The three parties additionally held in-depth exchanges and discussions on the practical implementation of their future collaboration.

Hashtag: #PolyU

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

2026 China Chief Economist Forum Held in Hong Kong, Focusing on 15th Five-Year Plan Opportunities

HONG KONG SAR - EQS Newswire - 13 July 2026 - On the afternoon of July 9, the 2026 China Chief Economist Forum (Hong Kong) was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai. Under the theme "15th Five-Year Plan Outlook: Responding to Global Changes, Embracing National Strategy, and Unlocking Hong Kong's Opportunities," the forum brought together policy experts, chief economists, senior financial executives, and industry think tank representatives to discuss RMB internationalization, Hong Kong's financial center development, Greater Bay Area synergy, and global asset allocation.

The event was hosted by the China Chief Economist Forum, co-hosted by the Financial Centre of the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, and organized by BOC International and Harvest Global Investments, with support from the Hong Kong Chinese Securities Association, the Hong Kong Chinese Asset Management Association, and the Hong Kong Chinese Financial Association.

Assessing the Changing Landscape: Global Order and Economic Transformation

In the opening session, Xia Bin, former Director of the Financial Research Institute at the Development Research Center of the State Council and founder of the China Chief Economist Forum, stated that amid global restructuring and the launch of the national 15th Five-Year Plan, Hong Kong should strengthen its role as a core offshore RMB hub, build a Greater Bay Area nexus for science, technology, and financial integration, and establish a service platform for Chinese enterprises going global. Liu Min, Vice President of the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association and Chairman of BOC International, noted that economists are expected to identify certainty assets, channel capital toward new quality productive forces, tell Hong Kong's new financial story, and sustain Hong Kong's role as a "super connector and super value-added facilitator." Wang Chunxin, Deputy Head of the Policy Unit at the Hong Kong Chief Executive's Office, explained that the 15th Five-Year Plan endows Hong Kong with a strategic positioning of "ten centers, two hubs, and three highlands," with the Northern Metropolis development incorporated into the national strategic vision. Hong Kong's first five-year plan will focus on infrastructure, industry, and livelihoods, creating a world-class environment for business, innovation, and living.

In the keynote session, Xing Ziqiang, Chief China Economist at Morgan Stanley, presented on "Global Order Reshaping and China's Economic Transformation in the 15th Five-Year Plan Period." He noted that amid geopolitical conflicts, the AI revolution, and shifting global monetary cycles, the Chinese and U.S. economies have shown resilience, but also exhibited K-shaped structural divergence, with sectors such as semiconductors, AI hardware, and new energy booming while real estate, consumption, and broad employment remain under pressure. He suggested that the 15th Five-Year Plan should not only advance computing power and energy network construction, but also strengthen the social safety net, unleash household consumption potential, and optimize outbound investment regulation under the premise of financial security.

Qu Hongbin, Vice Chairman of the China Chief Economist Forum, discussed "Hong Kong's New Economic Positioning and Economic Assessment of 15th Five-Year Plan Strategic Opportunities." He stated that Hong Kong should consolidate its traditional strengths in finance and shipping while accelerating the cultivation of new growth drivers in technology and innovation. Compared to Singapore and Shenzhen, Hong Kong still has room for improvement in industrial diversification, R&D investment, and hard technology commercialization, but the Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Guangzhou innovation cluster advantage is prominent. Going forward, Hong Kong can leverage platforms such as Qianhai and Hetao to combine its capital, professional services, and talent advantages with Shenzhen's manufacturing and commercialization capabilities.

Three Roundtables: RMB Internationalization, Bay Area Synergy, and Global Allocation

The roundtable on "RMB Internationalization and Hong Kong's International Financial Center Development under the 15th Five-Year Plan" was moderated by Xia Le, Chief China Economist at BBVA. Panelists included Wang Tao, Senior Advisor for Global Research at UBS; Ding Shuang, Chief Economist for Greater China and North Asia at Standard Chartered; Xiong Yi, Chief China Economist at Deutsche Bank; and Wang Shengzu, Head of Asset Management at Haitong International. The panelists noted that financial security and trade surpluses provide long-term support for RMB internationalization. Hong Kong should complement Shanghai with differentiated positioning, expand the scale of offshore RMB, improve derivatives infrastructure, and optimize cross-border financing arrangements for Chinese institutions.

The roundtable on "Greater Bay Area Economic Synergy and New Opportunities for Opening Up" was moderated by Zhou Hao, Chief Economist at Guotai Junan International. Panelists included Dong Yiyue, CEO of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council; Yang Yuting, Chief Economist for Greater China at ANZ; Tan Weimin, Chief Strategist at BOCOM International; and Shen Jianguang, Chief Economist at JD.com. Multiple panelists stated that Hong Kong should leverage the institutional advantages of "One Country, Two Systems" to connect its financial, legal, and professional services and international networks with the Pearl River Delta's hard technology industrial chain, serving mainland enterprises going global. The Northern Metropolis, low-altitude economy, HKEX institutional reforms, and mainland platform companies' expansion in Hong Kong provide new leverage points for Hong Kong's participation in Bay Area synergy.

The roundtable on "Global Economic Outlook and Investment Strategy" was moderated by Zhao Wenli, Chief Economist at CCB International. Panelists included Qiao Hong, Chief Greater China Economist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch; Chen Haofei, Chief Strategist at BOC International; Jiang Yiqian, Chief Investment Officer at Harvest Global Investments; and Hong Hao, Chief Economist at Lotus Asset Management. The panelists discussed global asset rotation, noting that the K-shaped global recovery continues, AI's long-term trend remains supported, but sector rotation is accelerating. Federal Reserve policy, inflation, exchange rates, and gold allocation were key discussion topics. China's exports remain resilient while domestic demand still needs repair, with Hong Kong stock valuations and allocation opportunities drawing attention.

In closing, Zhu Hong, Executive Secretary-General of the China Chief Economist Forum, stated that the forum, grounded in the launch of the 15th Five-Year Plan, offered pragmatic recommendations on global changes, national strategy, and Hong Kong's development priorities. On behalf of the forum's organizing committee, he expressed gratitude to co-host the Financial Centre of the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, organizers BOC International and Harvest Global Investments, and supporting organizations including the Hong Kong Chinese Securities Association, the Hong Kong Chinese Asset Management Association, and the Hong Kong Chinese Financial Association. Going forward, the forum will continue to anchor itself in Hong Kong and deepen its engagement in the Greater Bay Area, conducting regular seminars on macroeconomics, finance, and technology innovation, supporting Hong Kong in consolidating its position as an offshore RMB hub and international financial center, and deeply integrating into the national high-quality development landscape.

Hashtag: #CCEF

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

TENTANG PHR ZONA ROKAN

OPEC Fund provides US$50 million to SeABank to boost small business and climate finance in Viet Nam

HANOI, VIETNAM - Media OutReach Newswire - 13 July 2026 - The OPEC Fund for International Development (the OPEC Fund) is providing a US$50 million loan to Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) to expand financing for small businesses and climate-focused investments across Viet Nam.

SeABank has mobilized approximately US$1.1 billion to promote inclusive, sustainable finance in Viet Nam.

The loan will help SeABank increase lending to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), which account for around half of employment in Viet Nam but continue to face a significant financing gap. Part of the OPEC Fund's funding will also support investments in energy efficiency, green buildings, rooftop solar and electric mobility.

OPEC Fund President Abdulhamid Alkhalifa said: "Small businesses are central to Viet Nam's economy and an important source of jobs and growth. This financing will help more companies access the capital they need to invest and expand, while supporting practical climate solutions that can strengthen competitiveness and resilience."

The new loan agreement strengthens the partnership between SeABank and the OPEC Fund that began in 2022 with a first loan in support of local SMEs, including women-owned businesses, as well as climate projects.

Le Thu Thuy, SeABank's Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, said: "This financing marks an important milestone in our partnership with the OPEC Fund, reinforcing SeABank's commitment to inclusive and sustainable growth. In practice, the absence of a valid will often makes probate more complex and time-consuming, and can more easily give rise to disputes among family members. At the same time, much of the available information is written in legal jargon that elderly and grassroots residents may find hard to follow.

HK Wills Help: turning complex law into information anyone can understand

HK Wills Help is built around a simple idea — explaining things in everyday language. It offers a series of free guides covering:

     what a will is, and how to make one that is valid;

     the probate process and the documents required;

     enduring powers of attorney and advance medical directives, as preparation before any loss of mental capacity;

a directory of free will-drafting services across Hong Kong (District Offices, District Councillors and social-welfare organisations).

All content is free to read and is updated on an ongoing basis.

Supported by a professional legal resource

The new site is operated with the support of HK Probate Lawyer, which focuses on more complex matters — estate planning, cross-border estates, family trusts and contentious probate — for professional readers. The two sites are complementary, serving the general public and more complex planning needs respectively.

Quote

"Many family disputes over an estate aren't really about how much money is involved — they happen because there was no preparation, and people didn't know what options they had," said [name / title], a spokesperson for HK Probate Lawyer. "What we wanted to do was take complex law and put it back into language Hong Kong people can actually understand, so everyone can make arrangements for their family early."

Hashtag: #HKProbateLawyer #HKWillsHelp

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

About HK Wills Help

HK Wills Help is a free public-education website that explains wills, probate and related end-of-life arrangements to Hong Kong residents in plain language. To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the LEGO®NINJAGO®series, LEGOLAND®Discovery Centre Hong Kong is bringing an all-new themed event to town this summer: "The True NINJAGO® Trials." Combining creativity, courage, and teamwork, this ultimate adventure invites guests to step into the mysterious Whispering Woods, defeat elemental monsters, and restore balance to the NINJAGO®world.

"Monster Strike" Battle Table: Build Your Own Spinner and Unleash the Power of Spinjitzu
The highlight of this event is the brand-new "Monster Strike" battle table. Guests of all ages are invited to unleash their creativity using the LEGO®bricks provided to custom-design their very own Spinjitzu spinner on top of a pre-built base. Once completed, participants can put their creations to the test at the dedicated ninja battle table, aiming carefully to knock down the elemental monsters. This challenge not only tests building skills but also lets everyone experience the true power and fun of LEGO®Spinjitzu in live battle.

"The True NINJAGO® Trials": Five Major Challenges to Spark Infinite Potential

Beyond the high-octane battle table, the themed zone features a series of trials designed to test wit, bravery, and teamwork, allowing families to fully immerse themselves in the way of the ninja this summer:

Ninjaverse Search: Evil elemental monsters are trying to stop the ninjas from reuniting! Participants must track down hidden ninja characters across MINILAND® and record their findings on their trial map. Each LEGO® ninja minifigure is set within a miniature scene intricately crafted by our Master Model Builders, adding extra fun and surprises to the search.

NINJAGO® Training: Led by our on-site crew, participants will learn iconic ninja moves and stances, training alongside Lloyd's classic "Dragon Mode" transformation from the TV series. Upon completing the training, each "Spinjitzu Master" will receive an exclusive training headband to mark their mastery of fundamental ninja skills.

Whispering Woods Quest: Elemental monsters are slowly taking over the Whispering Woods, and only powerful dragons can defeat them! Participants will need to tap into their imagination to build their own majestic dragon and join the fight to protect the woods. Our Master Model Builders have set up an elaborate Whispering Woods backdrop—complete with trees, lush greenery, and vines tangled with various monsters—ready for your dragon creations to take center stage.

Elemental Masters Mosaic?A true test of teamwork. All guests will work together to piece together a massive LEGO® mosaic artwork, collectively celebrating NINJAGO®'s 15-year legendary legacy. This giant masterpiece will not only be a collaborative work of art but also a stunning photo spot.

LEGO® 4D Cinema: Guests can dive into the action with the 4D movie LEGO® NINJAGO® - Master of the 4th Dimension, featuring immersive special effects like wind, rain, and snow that make you part of the 4D adventure.

Ninjas who successfully complete all the trials will be rewarded with a limited-edition, exclusive commemorative badge to honour their courage and effort.

The Legendary Backstory: Reborn from Crises, A New Ninja Era Begins
The world of NINJAGO® faces an unprecedented challenge. Built on the belief that happiness should not be reserved only for special occasions, Happitat is designed to bring happiness into everyday life.

At a time when most destinations compete on scale, convenience, and comprehensive offerings, Happitat began with a different question: How can we design a place that enables lasting happiness?

That question evolved into the Happiness Movement, a philosophy that redefines the role of destinations from places people simply visit to places that actively cultivate happiness, enrich emotions, and create meaningful positive experiences for everyone.

"We never set out to build another shopping mall. Our ambition has always been to establish a new benchmark for destination creation," said Orada Kerdhong, President of Axtra Happitat Co., Ltd.

"Our mission is to create a world-class happiness destination where happiness is at the heart of everything we do—from architecture and design to every experience we curate. With Happitat, we aspire to redefine the future of Happiness-led landmarks through a Happiness-Led Destination model. Rather than simply creating places that meet functional lifestyle needs, we create destinations that enrich people's emotional well-being through meaningful moments, genuine human connections, and lasting memories that inspire them to return.

This is the DNA of Happitat and the change we hope to bring to the industry. While Happitat is rooted in Thailand, our vision is global. We are moving beyond destinations built solely for shopping or convenience to create places where happiness becomes a lasting part of people's lives. This belief was never an afterthought—it has been the foundation of Happitat since day one, shaping every experience, every partnership, and every decision we make."

Bringing this philosophy to life, Happitat has created the 7Magical Happiness—a signature framework that brings together visionary thinking, thoughtful design, nature, imagination, and collaboration to create the distinctive happiness experience that defines Happitat.

1. Happiness as a New Paradigm for Destination Design
For decades, the success of destinations has often been measured by scale, commercial performance, and visitor numbers. Through its Happiness-Led Destination philosophy, Happitat is introducing a new paradigm for destination development—one where happiness becomes the driving force behind every decision.

This new paradigm elevates the role of destinations beyond places for lifestyle, leisure, and commerce. At Happitat, happiness is not merely an outcome of a visit, but the very DNA behind every layer of design—created to deliver meaningful experiences, nurture human connections, and enhance people's quality of life.

Happitat places customer value at the center of its destination creation philosophy, shifting from Space to Moments, from Transactions to Connections, and from Visitation to Memories. It is designed to enrich the way people learn, play, dine, and spend time together through imagination and new forms of experience—not as an escape from everyday life, but as a more joyful way of living.

2. Happiness Through Nature
From the earliest stages of development, Happitat's research revealed that happiness flourishes when people are immersed in nature. This insight shaped a design philosophy where nature is not an added feature, but the foundation of the entire destination.

Masterplanned by Foster + Partners, in collaboration with F&P (Thailand), TK Studio, one of Thailand's leading landscape architecture firms, and Atelier Ten, the global environmental design consultancy behind acclaimed projects including Jewel Changi Airport and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) Expansion, Happitat seamlessly integrates architecture and nature to reconnect people with the natural world.

Every aspect of the destination has been thoughtfully designed to create a seamless transition from the energy of the city into a lush forest environment. Pocket gardens, greenery woven throughout every level, and carefully selected native plant species tailored to each area's microclimate work together to create a thriving ecosystem and a comfortable, nature-filled environment throughout the destination.

Beyond the development itself, Happitat serves as the gateway to a 30-rai urban forest behind the project—one of eastern Bangkok's most ecologically diverse green spaces. Grown from seed into a flourishing ecosystem rich in biodiversity, the forest has become Bangna's Urban Lung, restoring balance between the city and nature while giving people the opportunity to reconnect with nature as part of everyday life.

3. Happiness Through Imagination
At Happitat, imagination is where happiness begins. Rather than asking what should fill a space, the design process began with a different question: How do we want people to feel when they are here?

To bring this vision to life, Happitat partnered with ITEC Entertainment, former consultants to some of the world's leading theme parks, and BUG Studio to create a destination where storytelling, imagination, and immersive experiences come together—inviting visitors of all ages to explore, discover, and become part of the story.

This vision comes to life at Whimsical Market, a fantasy-inspired family destination featuring more than 60 curated cafés and restaurants. Today, I'm encouraged to see more developments placing greater emphasis on nature, well-being, and meaningful experiences. If destinations can play a greater role in enhancing people's quality of life and creating more happiness, then everyone stands to benefit.

We like to think of it as the butterfly effect. Every significant transformation begins with the smallest flutter of a butterfly's wings, yet its impact can ripple far beyond where it started. If Happitat has helped spark that shift and inspired happiness to become an important consideration in the way destinations are designed, then that is something we are truly proud of," Orada Kerdhong concluded.

On 21 August 2026, Happitat will officially open its doors, welcoming visitors to experience a new kind of happiness destination where nature, imagination, innovation, shared experiences, and curated partnerships come together to bring happiness to life.

For the latest news, updates, and more information, follow Happitat Thailand on Facebook or visit http://www.happitatthailand.com/.

Hashtag: #Happitat

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

DFT and OSMEP Invite Guangzhou Consumers to Discover Premium Thai Rice at "Thai Rice Roadshow"

BANGKOK, THAILAND - Media OutReach Newswire - 13 July 2026 - The Department of Foreign Trade (DFT), Ministry of Commerce of Thailand, together with the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP), invites consumers in Guangzhou to experience the premium quality of Thai rice at "Thai Rice Roadshow: Think Rice Think Thailand – We Serve the Best Quality Rice to the World."The event will take place from 17–19 July 2026 ,10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. at the outdoor plaza in front of Grandview Mall, Guangzhou, China.

The roadshow will bring together more than 28 Thai rice producers and rice product manufacturers to showcase and sell premium Thai rice and rice products, while raising awareness of Thai rice and promoting its consumption in the Chinese market.

Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the quality, diversity, and distinctive taste of Thai rice while meeting exhibitors from Thailand's major rice-producing regions. The project marks a significant milestone in strengthening Sarawak's transport connectivity, unlocking greater economic opportunities and improving access for communities across the state.

The Pan Borneo Highway is expected to enhance mobility, improve logistics efficiency and support long-term socio-economic growth by connecting towns, rural communities and key economic corridors. Beyond the physical infrastructure, the project represents a long-term investment in the state's resilience, competitiveness and quality of life.

Spearheaded by Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak as the project's principal team lead, this achievement was executed through UEM Edgenta's critical governance, technical oversight, and project management expertise. Drawing on its experience managing more than RM100 billion worth of major infrastructure projects across Malaysia, the Company ensured every stage of delivery adhered to stringent standards of quality, safety, regulatory compliance and sustainability.

To navigate the physical realities of Sarawak's vast landscape, UEM Edgenta's experience in managing mega projects such as the PLUS Highways, the Penang Bridge, and international infrastructure projects contributed to the highway's development. Overseeing a project of this scale meant implementing advanced structural reviews to address deep and unstable soil conditions, engineering resilient solutions to bridge extensive river networks and managing highly complex logistical supply chains across vast, remote distances. By tailoring these engineering solutions to Sarawak's specific topographical and climate challenges, the technical oversight provided by UEM Edgenta helped ensure that the physical asset is designed to minimise future maintenance costs, reduce environmental impact and maximise structural resilience for decades to come.

Stretching approximately 786 kilometers from Telok Melano in the south to Merapok in the north, Phase 1 of the Pan Borneo Highway represents one of the most ambitious civil engineering undertakings in Southeast Asia. UEM Edgenta's technical governance oversaw the successful delivery of 115 bridges and 25 complex interchanges, navigating treacherous topography and vast river networks.

Moreover, managing this mammoth operation required logging millions of safe man-hours, laying down immense volumes of specialised asphalt, and coordinating a massive daily workforce. All these were deployed with uncompromising safety and operational standards on the ground.

Commenting on the sheer magnitude of the operations involved, Shaiful Subhan, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of UEM Edgenta, said, "Delivering an infrastructure project on the scale of the Pan Borneo Highway across Sarawak's vast and diverse landscape demands exceptional technical expertise, disciplined governance and close collaboration among all stakeholders. At UEM Edgenta, we are proud to have supported this vision by providing the engineering oversight, project management and quality assurance needed to deliver infrastructure of this complexity. Through proven engineering practices and rigorous project governance, we have helped ensure this highway will serve the people of Sarawak safely, reliably and sustainably for generations to come."

Beyond infrastructure delivery, the Company has also contributed to strengthening Sarawak's engineering ecosystem through the development of local talent and industry capabilities. Recognising that sustainable infrastructure is built not only through physical assets but also through people, UEM Edgenta has embedded capability building throughout the project by integrating local contractors and professionals into internationally recognised project management and engineering practices.

Today, more than 70% of UEM Edgenta's workforce supporting projects in Sarawak comprises local talent, reflecting the company's commitment to developing homegrown expertise. Strategic collaborations, including its ongoing partnership with Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus, have further strengthened the local talent pipeline through internships, graduate programmes and technical knowledge transfer. These initiatives not only support the successful delivery of today's infrastructure projects but also help cultivate the next generation of Sarawakian engineering professionals equipped to lead the state's future development.

For UEM Edgenta's Sarawak team on the ground, the project transcends corporate milestones; it taps into deep local sentiment and is a matter of profound state pride.

Reflecting on the socio-economic weight of the project, Raihana Ahmad, Managing Director of Infrastructure Solutions at UEM Edgenta, said, "The Pan Borneo Highway is more than a road, it is a catalyst for unity, progress and opportunity across Sarawak. For our team in Sarawak, delivering this long-awaited vision has been deeply meaningful because it is, ultimately, about improving the lives of the communities we serve. The launch follows a pilot phase that attracted more than 100,000 users who have used SkyroCredit for everyday purchases, including groceries, medicines, fuel, and dining. Skyro is also exploring opportunities in Southeast Asian markets to tackle financial exclusion.

SkyroCredit is a reusable, revolving digital credit line that provides access to a fixed credit limit without a plastic and without relying on the Visa or Mastercard networks. Once approved, a customer's credit is available within the Skyro app and can be used instantly by scanning any QR Ph code, the Philippine QR payment standard accepted at more than 90% of merchant outlets nationwide. Leading merchants include SM, Mercury Drug, Watsons, Jollibee, McDonald's, and DALI Supermarket. Customers can borrow, repay the amount they have used, and reuse the same credit limit without reapplying.

NasimAliev, Skyro co-founder, said:
"Our goal is to provide access to affordable credit for underserved communities across Southeast Asia at a time when everyday expenses continue to rise and consumers' financial priorities are evolving.

"Today's consumers need financial solutions built around real-life spending needs and changing financial priorities. With SkyroCredit, we bring flexible financial solutions to our customers' fingertips. The credit line offers all the benefits of flexibility, including an interest-free grace period. This provides customers with maximum convenience for everyday use while even allowing them to save money through cashback.

"By expanding our portfolio of point-of-sale loans, cash loans, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) products to include flexible credit lines, we are building long-term customer relationships based on everyday use, responsible borrowing, and trust."

Eligible customers receive initial credit limits of PHP 1,000 to PHP 10,000 (approximately USD 17 to USD 170), with the opportunity to increase their limit to as much as PHP 100,000 through regular, responsible use. Purchases carry 0% interest for up to 45 days. Every purchase also earns 1% cashback, which customers can redeem on future purchases through the app.

Skyro's expansion into reusable digital credit addresses one of Southeast Asia's largest financial inclusion opportunities by enabling sustained customer engagement. According to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the central bank of the Philippines, only half of Filipino adults have a formal financial account. As QR-based payment networks continue to expand across the region, Skyro can leverage this infrastructure to deliver accessible digital credit products that meet growing consumer demand.

Hashtag: #Skyro #SkyroCredit #DigitalCredit

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

About Skyro

Skyro is a high-growth, digital-first fintech group delivering scalable, responsible access to financial services across high-potential emerging markets. Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia (PMII) Kabupaten Bengkalis mendesak Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis segera menghadirkan solusi nyata setelah masyarakat berbulan-bulan kesulitan mendapatkan Pertalite akibat minimnya SPBU dan terbatasnya kuota barcode.

Rethinking Urban Development: Vietnamese Developers Shaping Future Cities

HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM - Media OutReach Newswire - 11 July 2026 - As global urban challenges evolve, Vietnamese Developers offer valuable insights into alternative development models.

Vinhomes' strategic response is crystallized in its ESG

For much of the past century, urban development followed a relatively straightforward equation: build housing, expand infrastructure and accommodate population growth. This formula is now showing its limitations. As climate risk intensifies, biodiversity declines and cities compete not only for investment but also for talent, developers around the world are now forced to redefine the very nature and purpose of what they build.

From the Gulf to Singapore, and from Scandinavia to Southeast Asia, large-scale urban projects are evolving into integrated ecosystems where mobility, green infrastructure, education, healthcare, digital services and environmental restoration are planned together. The industry paradigm has shifted from constructing buildings to designing places capable of sustaining both economic growth and quality of life over generations.

Vinhomes has initiated a comprehensive repositioning to navigate this global transition.

Known as Vietnam's largest residential developer, the company is increasingly recognized not merely as a builder of housing projects, but as a creator of large-scale lifestyle ecosystems, communities where urban planning, technology, ecology and public services are conceived as parts of the same system.

When Nature Becomes Urban Infrastructure

For decades, environmental considerations were often introduced after a city's masterplan had already been completed.

The emerging model reverses that sequence. Across many of its recent developments, Vinhomes operates on the principle that natural systems should become the starting point of planning. Hydrology, coastal conditions, biodiversity and existing vegetation are treated as design inputs that shape the urban layout from the earliest stages.

This philosophy marks a notable departure from conventional large-scale development, particularly in rapidly urbanising markets where natural landscapes have frequently given way to intensive construction.

With more than 30 developments across Vietnam and a land bank equivalent to roughly two-thirds the size of Singapore, Vinhomes has the unusual opportunity to test this planning approach at a metropolitan scale.

Rather than replicating identical urban formulas, each project is designed around the ecological characteristics of its location.

The company maintains that the long-term success of a city should ultimately be measured not by how much has been built, but by whether natural ecosystems continue to thrive decades after residents have moved in. That perspective aligns with an increasingly influential school of urban planning in which green infrastructure is viewed as essential public infrastructure.

Factors Compelling Cities Toward Regeneration

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) frameworks have become standard across global investment. Urban planners, however, are beginning to question whether sustainability alone is sufficient.

Maintaining today's environmental conditions may no longer be enough if tomorrow's cities must also respond to rising temperatures, sea-level change and growing demographic pressures.

Vinhomes' strategic response is crystallized in its ESG++, a framework that extends beyond conventional ESG principles by introducing two additional objectives: Regeneration and resilience.

The distinction is subtle but important.

Regeneration implies restoring ecological systems rather than simply reducing environmental impact. Resilience focuses on designing cities capable of adapting to changing climatic, technological and social conditions over many decades.

Projects such as Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio and Vinhomes Global Gates Ha Long are intended to demonstrate how these concepts can be incorporated into large-scale urban planning, combining renewable energy, smart infrastructure and ecological restoration within a single development model.

This shift highlights a growing global consensus: the success of next-generation cities will ultimately be measured by their ability to adapt to increasingly complex environmental challenges.

Vietnam's Urban Story Is Becoming Part of a Global Conversation

For many international audiences, Vietnam remains associated primarily with its cultural heritage and natural landscapes. Urban development may become an equally important part of that story.

Rapid urbanisation, expanding infrastructure investment and a national commitment to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 have created conditions in which entirely new urban models can be planned without many of the legacy constraints facing older cities.

This developmental opportunity is capturing increasing global interest.

Commenting on Vinhomes Green Paradise's participation in the global 7 Wonders of Future Cities initiative, Jean-Paul de la Fuente, Director of the New7Wonders Organisation, described Vietnam as undergoing a "transformative step change" in its national identity and global positioning. He pointed to the country's progress in reducing the carbon footprint of urban mobility as an example of coordinated action between government and the private sector that offers valuable insights extending beyond Southeast Asia.

For Vinhomes, participation in international platforms such as 7 Wonders of Future Cities is therefore less about showcasing a single project than about contributing to a broader discussion on how rapidly developing economies might approach urban growth differently. The company's evolution mirrors a wider shift taking place across the global property sector.

Increasingly, the core value proposition for developers is no longer anchored in how many buildings they can deliver. Instead, it centers on whether they can create cities that remain economically competitive, environmentally resilient and socially relevant long after construction has ended.

Hashtag: #Vinhomes

https://vinhomes.vn/en
The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

CUHK Masuk 20 Besar Peringkat Dunia dalam QS World University Rankings 2027

HONG KONG SAR - Media OutReach Newswire - 13 Juli 2026 - The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) naik 14 peringkat dalam QS World University Rankings 2027 terkini yang dirilis oleh Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), sehingga menempati peringkat ke-18 dunia dan masuk dalam 20 besar universitas terbaik dunia untuk pertama kalinya.
