LIBO (MR) – Di industri migas, produksi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh cadangan yang tersimpan di bawah permukaan bumi. Di balik setiap sumur yang beroperasi, terdapat sistem penunjang yang bekerja tanpa henti, salah satunya pasokan listrik yang andal.

Kesadaran itulah yang mendorong PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) memperkuat infrastruktur kelistrikan di Lapangan Libo, Kabupaten Siak, Riau. Melalui proyek Libo Substation Upgrade, PHR meningkatkan kapasitas gardu induk Libo dari 10,5 MVA menjadi 24,5 MVA, atau bertambah 14 MVA untuk mendukung pengembangan sumur-sumur baru dan menjaga keberlanjutan produksi migas di Wilayah Kerja Rokan.

Bagi area Libo Southeast, peningkatan kapasitas listrik menjadi kebutuhan yang tidak bisa ditawar. Kawasan ini saat ini menjadi salah satu fokus pengembangan sumur produksi dan sumur injeksi. Proyek ini juga menjadi bukti efektivitas kolaborasi antara PHR dan mitra kerja. Bersama PT Indokomas Buana Perkasa sebagai kontraktor EPC, proyek berhasil diselesaikan pada Maret 2026, lebih cepat dua bulan dari target yang ditetapkan dalam Work Program & Budget (WP&B) 2025, yaitu Mei 2026.

Andre menambahkan, bahwa sistem yang tuntas mendahului target ini adalah upaya PHR menjaga keandalan operasi untuk ketahanan energi. Sekaligus juga sebagai pondasi yang kokoh bagi masa depan migas nasional.

Dari sisi teknis, proyek mencakup pemasangan power transformer berkapasitas 14 MVA, voltage regulator 1,4 MVA, sistem proteksi dan pengukuran baru, pembangunan gedung kontrol kelistrikan, serta penarikan jaringan kabel distribusi sepanjang sekitar 2,5 kilometer. Seluruh fasilitas telah melalui proses pengujian dan commissioning sebelum beroperasi penuh.

Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas Sumbagut, Sebastian Julius, mengapresiasi penyelesaian proyek tersebut. Menurutnya, peningkatan infrastruktur kelistrikan merupakan langkah penting untuk mendukung keandalan operasi dan pencapaian target produksi di Zona Rokan.

Terkadang, langkah penting justru hadir dari penguatan infrastruktur penunjang yang memastikan setiap fasilitas dapat beroperasi secara aman, andal, dan berkelanjutan.

HANOI, VIETNAM - Media OutReach Newswire - 13 July 2026 - The OPEC Fund for International Development (the OPEC Fund) is providing a US$50 million loan to Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) to expand financing for small businesses and climate-focused investments across Viet Nam.

SeABank has mobilized approximately US$1.1 billion to promote inclusive, sustainable finance in Viet Nam.

The loan will help SeABank increase lending to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), which account for around half of employment in Viet Nam but continue to face a significant financing gap. Part of the OPEC Fund's funding will also support investments in energy efficiency, green buildings, rooftop solar and electric mobility.

DUMAI (MR) - Kejuaraan sepakbola anak usia dini, Bocil Fun League U-8 tahun 2026 yang digelar oleh SSB Persekat Dumai sejak tiga bulan lalu telah selesai.

Dalam pekan terakhir, Minggu (12/7) sore dilapangan Persekat dilaksanakan pertandingan pamungkas. Hasilnya SSB Persebika keluar sebagai juara.

Sedangkan tuan rumah SSB Persekat Forza harus puas menjadi runner-up. Sementara posisi ketiga diraih oleh Jayamukti Junior.

Koordinator acara, Cipto S Piliang mengatakan iven ini merupakan agenda rutin setiap tahun dilaksanakan di SSB Persekat Dumai. tahun ini menjadi penyelenggaraan ke tiga kalinya.

"Kita merupakan pelopor pelaksanaan liga sepakbola U-8 di Kota Dumai. Alumni Bocil Fun League ini sekarang sudah menjadi pemain andalan di kelompok U-11 atau U-10 di berbagai SSB," Ujarnya.

Anak asuh Trio Pelatih Isman Taher, Wihendri dan Warman ini tampil menyerang dari menit awal gempuran dilakukan langsung ke jantung pertahanan Rumbai SC.

Menit 9 Stiker andalan Persemai Haikal Lazir membuka keunggulan untuk Persemai. Dengan tenang pemain asal klub Reborn FC Bathin Solapan ini berhasil memperdaya kiper Rumbai.

Sulit Dapat Pertalite, PMII Minta Pemkab Bengkalis Buktikan Solusi Nyata

BENGKALIS (MR) – Krisis BBM bersubsidi Bengkalis kembali menuai kritik. Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia (PMII) Kabupaten Bengkalis mendesak Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis segera menghadirkan solusi nyata setelah masyarakat berbulan-bulan kesulitan mendapatkan Pertalite akibat minimnya SPBU dan terbatasnya kuota barcode.

Desakan itu muncul setelah Pemkab Bengkalis bersama DPRD melakukan pertemuan dengan BPH Migas di Jakarta guna membahas akses BBM bersubsidi bagi masyarakat, terutama di kecamatan yang belum memiliki SPBU.

Namun, PMII menilai langkah tersebut terlambat karena persoalan distribusi Pertalite telah lama dikeluhkan masyarakat, khususnya di Pulau Bengkalis, Pulau Rupat, Siak Kecil, dan Bandar Laksamana.

Selalu kader PMII Kabupaten Bengkalis, Pandi, menyebut pemerintah seharusnya sudah lebih dahulu mengupayakan penambahan kuota, pembentukan subpenyalur, hingga mempercepat pembangunan fasilitas penyaluran BBM.

"Persoalan Pertalite di Kabupaten Bengkalis bukan isu yang muncul kemarin. Kabupaten Bengkalis adalah wilayah yang termasuk ke dalam golongan 3T. Jika pemerintah daerah benar-benar memahami kondisi di lapangan, seharusnya upaya koordinasi, sub penyalur, maupun penambahan kuota sudah dilakukan jauh sebelumnya. Keterlambatan mengambil langkah strategis menunjukkan lemahnya antisipasi dan perencanaan," paparnya kepada wartawan di Bengkalis, Sabtu (11/7/2026).

Menurut Pandi, masyarakat tidak membutuhkan rapat tanpa hasil yang jelas. Yang dibutuhkan adalah kepastian kapan akses BBM bersubsidi benar-benar membaik.

"Pernyataan bahwa kondisi riil telah disampaikan kepada BPH Migas juga belum cukup menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat. Yang dibutuhkan bukan sekadar menyampaikan keluhan, melainkan membawa hasil yang konkret. Publik membutuhkan kepastian berupa target waktu, lokasi pembangunan fasilitas penyaluran, penambahan kuota, serta mekanisme pengawasan distribusi. Tanpa komitmen yang terukur, pertemuan seperti ini berpotensi menjadi agenda seremonial yang tidak memberikan perubahan nyata."

PMII juga meminta Pemkab Bengkalis membuka secara transparan penyebab hingga kini masih banyak kecamatan yang belum memiliki akses BBM bersubsidi yang memadai.

"Di sisi lain, pemerintah daerah juga harus berani melakukan evaluasi internal. Mengapa hingga kini masih banyak kecamatan yang belum memiliki akses BBM yang layak? Apakah hambatannya ada pada perizinan, koordinasi dengan Pertamina, atau kurangnya inisiatif dari pemerintah daerah sendiri? Pertanyaan-pertanyaan ini perlu dijawab secara terbuka agar masyarakat tidak terus menjadi korban dari persoalan yang berulang tiap tahun," jelasnya.

Sebelumnya, Kepala Disdagperin Bengkalis, Zulpan, mengungkapkan kepada BPH Migas bahwa masih banyak warga yang harus menempuh perjalanan 30 hingga 70 kilometer hanya untuk membeli Pertalite karena belum tersedia SPBU di wilayahnya.

BPH Migas menawarkan sejumlah solusi, di antaranya penerapan program BBM Satu Harga, penggunaan aplikasi XStar bagi nelayan dan pelaku UMKM, serta pembentukan subpenyalur BBM di kecamatan yang belum memiliki SPBU.

Meski demikian, PMII menegaskan ukuran keberhasilan pemerintah bukan terletak pada banyaknya rapat koordinasi, melainkan seberapa cepat masyarakat bisa memperoleh BBM bersubsidi tanpa harus mengantre berjam-jam atau menempuh perjalanan puluhan kilometer.

Di akhir pernyataannya, Pandi juga meminta pemerintah memperjuangkan penambahan kuota barcode Pertalite yang dinilai masih sangat terbatas.

"Aturan Barcode itu terlalu kecil, kita meminta kuota Barcode itu harus ditambah besar. Yang ada sekarang kecil dan terbatas," tegasnya.
